► International Officer
I have been elected by the students of the University to represent the International and Overseas students.
When I first left Ireland to come to Swansea in 2005, I was somewhat apprehensive about moving, so I understand the daunting task that can await International students. In addition, I believe my study year abroad in Italy only reinforced my understanding of the complications that embarking on living abroad can entail.
My role within in the Union is to act as the first point of contact for the International and Overseas students and to help ensure that their integration into Swansea life is as seamless as possible.
Together with the work of the other Sabbatical officers, we will ensure that our International and Home students alike are given the complete University experience here at Swansea.
