Lance Horsey – Welfare Officer 09/10
Hi! I’m Lance your Welfare Officer for the 09/10 year. I have been democratically elected by the student body along with the other sabbatical officers to represent the students at Swansea Uni in matters affect those who study at the University. It’s my job to make sure your university experience is as worry free as possible.
This includes being here for you if you have a problem; whether it is just someone you can talk to or if you need some advice about anything that you may have encountered at University... Just pop up to the office!
I will be also be running a number of campaigns throughout the year raising awareness in areas which will are highly relevant to students and young people such as Sexual Health and Accommodation. If you want to get involved with any of the campaigns that are being run by the Student’s Union do not hesitate to get in contact.
Finally I look forward to working with all of the other sabbatical officers, in the year to come and ensuring your time here at Swansea University will never be forgotten.
