Hello and welcome to Swansea University Barristers' (Bar) Society,
First and foremost, we are dedicated to providing students with the skills and experiences they will need when applying to the Bar and other legal professional routes, such as solicitors and legal executives. But rest assured, our events aim to be useful to any student, legally inclined or not. Whether you are set on becoming a barrister, aren't sure that becoming a Barrister is the right route for you, or don't even know what a Barrister is there will still be plenty for you here! From information sessions, to legal competitions, to casual and fun socials, any student looking to further themselves, or even just take a break from studying will find something that appeals.

Yn gyntaf ac yn bennaf, rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu'r sgiliau a'r profiadau y bydd eu hangen ar fyfyrwyr wrth wneud cais i'r Bar a llwybrau proffesiynol cyfreithiol eraill, megis cyfreithwyr a gweithredwyr cyfreithiol. Ond byddwch yn dawel eich meddwl, nod ein digwyddiadau yw bod yn ddefnyddiol i unrhyw fyfyriwr, sydd â thuedd gyfreithiol ai peidio. P'un a ydych yn barod i ddod yn fargyfreithiwr, ddim yn siŵr mai dod yn Fargyfreithiwr yw'r llwybr iawn i chi, neu ddim hyd yn oed yn gwybod beth yw Bargyfreithiwr, bydd digon i chi yma o hyd! O sesiynau gwybodaeth, i gystadlaethau cyfreithiol, i ddigwyddiadau cymdeithasol hamddenol a hwyliog, bydd unrhyw fyfyriwr sy'n dymuno datblygu ei hun, neu hyd yn oed gymryd seibiant o astudio yn dod o hyd i rywbeth sy'n apelio.
