It’s International Women’s Day on March 8th, and to celebrate we’re hosting another Women in Mechanical Engineering Event!
Join us on March 21st to hear from our female graduates in industry; a Mechanical Engineer at Cundall, a Biomedical researcher with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, and an ePowertrain Graduate at Aston Martin Lagonda! You’ll have the chance to hear about their career journeys and ask about any burning questions you might have, alongside an evening of arts and crafts and of course, free pizza! Please fill in the form attached to your receipt to tell us your dietary requirements to make sure we get what you need!
For our avid bakers and Great British Bake-Off fans, we are also offering the chance for one of three entrants to win a ‘The Great British Bake Off: Get Baking for Friends and Family’ cookbook RRP £20. For the chance to win, purchase a ticket and let us know through our Instagram which sweet treat you will be bringing to the event. Your fellow women in engineering will then cast their votes and one will be crowned champion. For supporting the event, you will also have the price of your ticket refunded.
