About
This session will focus on real life self-defence scenarios. There will be an emphasis on creating opportunities to de-escalate and get away from situations and turning negative situations into situations in which you are in control.
We will work on escapes from a range of grabs such as:
- wrist grabs
- body grabs
- strangles
Starting from the basic level and working up to a higher level of intensity when people feel comfortable to.
The overall goal is to start from the basics and build confidence.
This will be a 2 hour, women only session and will take place in the pavillion on Singleton.
