Ticket are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We offer a payment scheme option for ticket purchases, allowing attendees to pay in instalments. By selecting this option, you agree to abide by the payment schedule outlined at the time of purchase.
The payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of ticket purchase. Failure to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule may result in the cancellation of your ticket without refund.
Tickets purchased through the payment scheme are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the attendee, any payments made toward the ticket will not be refunded.
Tickets purchased through the payment scheme are non-transferable. The ticket is valid only for the individual whose name appears on the ticket at the time of purchase.
To gain entry to events, attendees must present a valid ticket along with a valid form of identification matching the name on the ticket.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual without a valid ticket or identification. Entry may also be denied based on any violation of the event's code of conduct or security policies.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
Attendees participate in Freshers events at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the events.
Attendees are expected to adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which prohibits any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Violation of the code of conduct may result in ejection from the event without refund.

Challenge 25 Swansea University Students’ Union operates a Challenge 25 policy. Please be prepared to show proof of age when asked.
Zero Tolerance Swansea University Students’ Union operates a Zero Tolerance drugs policy. Random searches will be carried out upon entry and throughout the building. Searching can be a condition of entry. Failure to allow a search may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the venue. Any person found in possession of a banned substance will be subject to a banning order, and the police may be called. Please note that CCTV is in use throughout the venue.
Responsible Behaviour Please behave responsibly when you are in the venue. Ensure you leave the venue quietly and are mindful of our neighbours.
Responsible Drinking Swansea University Students’ Union encourages responsible drinking. Please drink sensibly and know your limits. Unless otherwise stated, tickets and table bookings are non-refundable.
