Improving the Reps system and introduce more support for Student Reps

Objectives:

• Introduce further incentives for Reps, such as Reps cards that give them discounts in places such as JCs.
• Push the HEAR Award to be more achievable to more reps going above and beyond.
• Promote the benefits of being a Rep, including personal development and employability skills.
