Hapus - The Student Life Toolkit
Hapus is an online course that prepares you for the mental, emotional, and practical challenges of university. It will provide you with the knowledge and tools to deal with issues such as:
- Social anxiety
- Low mood
- Procrastination
- Managing your finances
- Culture shock
- Managing stress and uncertainty
- Developing resilience
- Managing feelings of isolation and loneliness
- Guidance on a healthy lifestyle
- Along with information on all the support services available to help you throughout your time at Swansea University
We recommend you work through the toolkit within the first few weeks of term or before you arrive in Swansea if you are a new student.
It will take around an hour, but you don’t have to complete it all in one go; you can take your time, save your progress, and come back to it later!
You can access the course via your Canvas account, and it is available in English and Cymraeg.
