Meg is your SU President for the 2024-25 academic year!
The role of the President within the Students' Union encompasses various responsibilities. Primarily, the SU President takes the lead in democratic procedures, acts as the main point of contact for university-related matters, and serves as the primary liaison between the SU and the University.
Did you know - Meg was your Sports Officer for 23/24!
When Meg's not at the SU, you can find her on the dance floor in town or just chilling at home, watching movies or at Cheerleading!

Marzia is your Welfare Officer!
Being naturally drawn to people and finding joy in being a source of support for others, Marzia will be providing support and promoting both mental and physical wellbeing to ensure everyone feels included, heard and supported.
You can find her on the running track, doing yoga or chilling at the beach when she's not at work.

Cam is your Sports Officer!
Cam oversees the day-to-day functioning of all 56 sports clubs at Swansea University, and is a key point of contact between the Student Union and Sport Swansea, helping us collaboratively work on huge sporting projects like The Welsh Varsity.
On the weekends you can find Cam down the gower with a beach BBQ or out in town for a boogie.

Carys is your Welsh Affairs Officer!
Carys hopes to bring more awareness to the beautiful Welsh culture, heritage and language in her role as Welsh Affairs Officer.
A proud Cymraes ( Welsh woman ) and is a massive Arsenal women's supporter. You can always find her by the beach, in Cricieth or at Swansea!

Maddy is your Societies and Services Officer!
As societies and services officer, Maddy will be supporting all of the SU’s societies, in addition to overseeing and having a say on the running of all of the Union’s services. These services include JC’s, Cove, Costcutter, Y Stiwdio, Nursery and the Advice and Support centre!
Last year she was President of the Dance Society where she found her passion for creating new and exciting events for all members.

Katie is your Education officer!
As the Education Officer, Katie's role is to provide support and representation for all Swansea University Students. She works with the 3 Faculties, over 350 Subject and 33 School Reps to make sure students continue to have a voice in their Education.
he prides herself on being very friendly and approachable, so if you ever need to talk or someone to listen, drop her a dm or come see her in the office!
