It is essential that all society events and activities are risk assessed properly. All committee members must familiarise themselves with the risk assessment guide, and must have a go at filling in the risk assessment form. It is the responsibility of the President to ensure that a committee member completes these (normally completed by Social Secretaries/Secretaries).
